Yes, some private insurance plans cover these services. If you have private insurance, you must verify with your insurance provider whether your consultation/service is covered. Our consultations are billed under Nursing Care Evaluation.

The Méno-Joie Clinic is not responsible for contacting private insurers and cannot be held liable if your insurance does not reimburse the fees.

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), debit cards, cash, and Interac e Transfers.

We receive a high volume of calls and emails. We have expanded our team to respond more quickly. To reduce response time, please leave only one voicemail or email. Multiple messages increase the queue and delay response times.

We do our best to contact you as soon as possible. Please note that calls made in the evening, on weekends, or on holidays will be handled on the next business day, which may extend response time.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your results are sent to us promptly. Your safety is important to us; we must receive your results before making any changes to your care.
If your results are missing from your file, your appointment will automatically be postponed. The Méno-Joie Clinic is not responsible for ensuring the transmission of your results, in accordance with Law 25 on the confidentiality of personal information.
